Our team has years of experience sourcing airworthy and prop aircraft for TV and film productions across the world. We are able to source both civilian and military, helicopters and fixed wing, aircraft spanning the last 100 years of aviation. Frequently we are tasked to match a buck with an airworthy example for stage and gimbal work. This is all easily achieved within our team.
Once the aircraft are identified and sourced we have the expertise in-house to prep all aircraft. Working closely with the Director and Art Department, we can help shape the overall look and ensure that its implemented quickly and cost effectively using temporary paint or vinyls.
We’ve sourced everything from civilian airliners to WWII fighter aircraft. In the past we’ve provided an IL76 Russian cargo plane for Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom and WWII fighters for Dunkirk. On top of picture aircraft and bucks, our team has access to charter aircraft that includes business jets for up to 16 passengers through to airliners able to accommodate hundreds of passengers. This can provide an essential service in moving cast, crew and kit between locations.
Alongside our own aircraft being utilised for use as picture ships, we can source a wide range of helicopters from around the world. Our own helicopters can be wrapped in bespoke vinyl, painted or have props added to suit your individual production requirements. The helicopters we own and operate are the AW109SP, the B429, the AS355 and the H125.
